Gurudev Bandhu Swami Sridharnath Swarawthi
Sri Haridas Ganguly was born in 1901 at Kumarbag district situated in Dhaka. He belonged to a Bramhin family and spent his childhood and adulthood under a strict parental roof. He brilliantly excelled in academics and earned a great honor in the science stream in his motherland as well as abroad. But the Divinity prepared a different path for him. Being initiated by a renowned sage namely Omkarnath Saraswati Jiu, the staunch pragmatic youth stepped inside the metaphysical world of Bramha. The circle of completeness was fulfilled when he was entrusted with the responsibility of worshipping ‘Sreedhar Shaligram Shila' by Sadhu Harinarayan Jiu. Later a series of divine introspections led Sri Haridas Ganguly to be reborn as Swami Shridharnath Saraswati Jiu, our beloved Gurudev. He not only gave birth to; Bandhu Dharma’, but also nourished it by blessing the people in distress that aparaently sems to be beyond the earthly explanation. In the year1997, our Gurudev left for the celestial abode.
Smt. Indubala Devi was his spouse whose whole-hearted sacrifice sourced Gurudeva with a monumental energy to establish “Dharmamandir and committedly stick to a monistic life in its truest sense. She contributed a lot to materialize the sacred vision of her husband into a grand reality.

Guru Maa
Our divine mother who is the consort of our Guruji. Her role in the life of Guruji resembles Lady Radharani and Sri Ma Saradha Devi. She was not only the great spiritual consort of our Guruji but also a symbol of maternal blessings that touched the deepest core of heart of everybody in her time. She was a gifted artist in many spheres of life. The ascetic turn of Guruji was warmly accepted by her. Her humble acceptance gave her a dimension that remains unsurpassed. Her contribution in forming the soul of Dharma Mandir is timeless as well as priceless.

Madhupur Ashram
A rich image of good physical and mental health is associated with the name ‘Madhupur’, a famous district in Jharkhand. Since the age-long, people have a sweet wish to imagine the place as the pinnacle of attaining the asset of inner wellness. To us, the place bears a special significance. This is the place where our Gurudev, Shri Shridharnath Saraswati Jiu spent a major part of his life. Here in Dharmamandir or Devalaya, He practiced the spiritual cultivation that had saved numerous souls from the downward ‘fall’. Therefore, our connection with this holy place is tied to our Gurudeva whose Dharmamandir ashram still stands today as an abode of peace, harmony and fraternity. Surrounded by a lush greenery and a sweet nostalgic essence, the ashram reverberates with the sacred vibes of Gurudev. This place is celestially enriched by the Vishnu temple, Kali temple attached with Yagna Mandal, Shiva temple and the Bodhan Mandir (Durga temple). The major spiritual journey of our Gurudev commenced here. He used to live in an apartment attached to the ashram. There is a library, some living rooms, a dining hall, and a holy kitchen at our ashram. During the special programmes, the ashram is filled with a divine tempo which is worth feeling in a deep way.

Durgapur Ashram
Later, a branch was established in Durgapur by our Gurudev. This place also carries the traditional warmth of the Sanatan Dharma. The disciples, living in Durgapur and its surrounding places, find it smooth to quench their thirst of spiritual yearnings related to our Gurudev and his sacred testaments. Gurudev commenced the Durga Puja ceremony in Madhupur ashram but later shifted the same here. At present Durga Puja is grandly celebrated in the name of our Gurudev.

Kolkata Ashram
In Kolkata, we have a small wing in the form of a floor where some rituals are conducted following our Gurudev's path. The birthday of our Gurudev is celebrated here.
Bandhu Dharma
Our Gurudev’s soul-child touches the highest epitome of humanistic values the manifestation of which is “Bandhu Dharma”. He believed in the countless waves of pure ‘Bhakti’ that bears an immense capacity to cast out all evils from mankind. His love for God is merged with a search for the truth that has its answer in a selfless love for the universal fraternity. It is a philosophy that rises above everything. His doctrine of fraternity attracts even the atheists who hear the call of the divine world being inspired by the same.
